2. Refunds

- Delivery Charges: All delivery charges (domestic & international) are non-refundable.
4. Defective or Wrong Items

- The item can also be returned via courier with attached delivery notes.
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount for defective or incorrect items.
